NEW YORK UNIVERSITY
Interactive Telecommunications Program
The Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University has been a pioneer demonstrating research in the field of interactive media for more that 25 years. For my Master's degree I focused on virtual worlds, interactive installations, and wireless interfaces.
The Stack, in collaboration with Josh Rubin, was my Masters thesis. A study in experience design for a broadband wireless device, we experimented with novel industrial design, touch interfaces, and the ecosystem of supporting media that surrounds vapor-ware. Much of what we designed stands up very well considering where we were in 1999.

Supah3D! was all about delivering a deeply engrossing interactive experience for the Museum of the Moving Image in Brooklyn. We created an stripped-down exhibit that demonstrated 3D telepresence in action.
